Thrifty Vacation

You might ask, "how do you have a thrifty vacation?" You camp of course, and in a tent at that! We are back from our beach camping adventure. And it was all that we had hoped it would be relaxation, fun, adventure, and Stella even adapted well. I cannot believe that I did not even take a picture of our little home away from home, but I did get a few other pics.
This was right over the dune from where we camped.
Fences to protect where Loggerhead Sea Turtles are laying their eggs.
Beach reading.

Stella's shady spot on the beach.

Now to get busy finishing up a little laundry. Have a great day! Jackie

Yes, I remember the laundry after a camping trip. Can't seem to get away from that.

I wish we lived close to the ocean. We frequently talk about moving closer to hubby's family near Panama City, FL. Someday we may actually do it!

Oh wow, I've never camped at the beach. We've camped a lot, but never at the beach. Sounds wonderful! :)

Glad you had a nice time! I love camping at the beach. We're about to leave for a camping trip, but we're headed to the mountains this time. Hope my trip will be as restful as yours sounds!
