All You Need is Rust.

This is what I started with.
A fairly ugly, green wire shelf.

Add a little rust,
and this is what I got.

My back porch was beginning to look like plants were just sitting everywhere, and this little shelf that was tucked away in the storage building was just what I needed. Hopefully I will be tending to more projects this week.
What projects are you working on?

Don't you love when you can create what you need with things you have one hand! That is a good day and project! Looks great :)

Making corsages for our upcoming wedding!Love fresh flowers, but they are so expensive. So, we opted for silk. We are trying to do everything we can ahead of time, so that all that will be left to do at the last minute are the last minute things! :-)
Eight weeks til the big day!

Love it--especially that you already had the shelf to repurpose.

That's what I was doing with the quilt scraps. Yoohoo....

Looks like a great make-over!

My latest project was helping a friend re-do her new son's room. She adopted a 2-year old from another country and needed a quick makeover!

What fun we had doing that!

Thanks for sharing what you are doing...

Blessings,
Melanie

Love the new rusty color. It is always fun to shop your own house/storage building and re-purpose something.
