A little loveliness....

........from my house to yours.

Fragrant gardenias from my bush that has been in full bloom. This is always a reminder of my children's elementary school days. I won this gardenia bush at a PTO meeting and it was so pitiful, but has grown into something beautiful. The blossoms are so fragrant they can be overpowering at times, but I have sure enjoyed them this year.

Coleus on the back porch.

Swedish ivy that I salvaged from last year.

Day lily that has survived the dog.
Nick loves to dig in my flower beds.

Red geranium in a mixed pot of beautiful flowers. Hope you are having a lovely day!

All so pretty. I've never heard of Swedish ivy-very pretty.

Gardenias are so lovely. They can be very fragrant, can't they.

Thanks for sharing your pretty plants.

Jackie, what pretty little spots you shared today! Isn't it fun to see things through a different eye - like the camera? I think it makes me realize how pretty some things are that I take for granted.

Beautiful flowers. We have red geraniums. I have not been a fan in the past, but I am starting to be one now. I've never grown gardenia's. I hear they are quite aromatic.

Gardenias are my favorite. But I cannot get one to survive outside here in Northern VA. I sure wish I could smell yours. Your other plants are pretty too.

I'll never forget visiting our friends in the south and having a bowl with water and a fresh gardenia in our room. It was so fragrant and beautiful! Your flower photos are too. I can never get enough pictures of flowers. Thank you for sharing yours.
