Hi there,
I scrolled down to read about your sinus problems. Me too! I've tried the netti pot too. Also Zicam nose spray seems to stop an oncoming sinus attack in it's tracks. And then my BIL swears by taking a cod liver oil pill everyday. I've heard vitamin D does the same thing.
