Thrifty Finds for Tuesday

This post was intended for this morning, but I was called to go in to substitute. God knew I did not need to sit pondering over this election all day. He is in control, so I am choosing not to even check CNN. I have about had enough of biased news reporting anyway. I know that is my opinion, but it has seemed blatant in this election. Enough political stuff.
Look at the cute rug I won from Victoria and Christina at As Time Goes By. A cute and welcoming addition for my porch. They are two sweet sisters, so head on over for a visit if you haven't already.

Now for some great yard sale finds from Saturday. This past Saturday one of the local churches had a yard sale for missions. Many of these finds were from that sale.

Liz Claiborne Bag, like new $5.00, also had a Vera Bradley bag to show you that I got for $1.00 also like new, but it got lost in my re-arranging the pictures, and I am just too lazy right now to load it again. But trust me it is black, and cute!

Set of alphabet stamps $1.00, and this is a great brand.

This cute little lamp was from an individual, and it will go in my bathroom, 75 cents.

Assorted frames, all 50 cents and 10 cents each.
This weekend the Methodist Church is have a huge sale, or at least it used to be in one of the warehouses here, so that will be fun to check out. Several of these things will be used to make Christmas gifts. Have a wonderful evening. Jackie

How come you find the cutest stuff??? All I ever see is really...junk! I ran--literally--by several yard sales on Saturday and glanced at the stuff. Nothing jumped out at me and made me stop to ask about it. Hmm...maybe I need to change the local of my running!! Great job with your finds!

Blessings,
Susan
